Makes: 4 servings, 1/2 cup each serving Total Time: 15 min

what you need
  • 1-3/4 cups chopped Louis Rich Carving Board Southwest Chicken Strips
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Reduced-Fat Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. Breakstone's Fat-Free Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimiento, drained

Combine all ingredients in large bowl, stir well.

Cover and chill before serving so that flavors meld.
Notes
Healthy, quick and creamy. A great lunch salad.
