Shredded Chicken Chili

what you need
  • 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes, not drained
  • 1 can white chili beans, not drained
  • 1 package white chicken chili seasoning mix
  • 1 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2% Milk
make it
Boil chicken in water for 20 minutes, then drain, and shred chicken.

Add shredded chicken, 1 cup water, cilantro, diced tomatoes, white chili beans, and chili mix to large pot. Mix well and let simmer on low for 40 minutes; stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese on each serving.
Notes
I also use this recipe in the crock-pot and keep it on warm all day.
