Shrimp Quesadillas

what you need
  • 1/2 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
  • 2 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 6 flour tortillas (8-inch)
  • 2 pounds cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
make it
COMBINE salsa, dressing and chili powder; spread evenly onto bottom halves of tortillas. Top with shrimp, cheese, and onions.

FOLD tortillas in half to enclose filling.

COOK in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut each quesadilla into three wedges to serve.

Rated  by a cook on 7/27/2010 I halved this one because I wanted to try it first and really didn't want any leftovers. It was real good. I used mayo instead of miracle whip b/c that's what I had and regular shredded cheddar. I added this one to my recipe box. I will be making it again!
