Simple Brown Tofu with Green Peppers

what you need
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 pc. green bell pepper, julienne
- 1 pc. jalapeno, julienne (If you like spicy)
- 1 pack brown tofu (You can find it at the Asian grocery store), thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste
make it
Heat wok on high heat. Add vegetable oil and wait until it's hot.
Add green bell pepper and jalapeno, stir for 2 minutes on med-high heat. Add tofu, stir for 1 minute. Add oyster sauce, and stir for 1 minute.
Ready to serve !!
