Simple Brown Tofu with Green Peppers

what you need
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 pc. green bell pepper, julienne
  • 1 pc. jalapeno, julienne (If you like spicy)
  • 1 pack brown tofu (You can find it at the Asian grocery store), thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
make it
Heat wok on high heat. Add vegetable oil and wait until it's hot.

Add green bell pepper and jalapeno, stir for 2 minutes on med-high heat. Add tofu, stir for 1 minute. Add oyster sauce, and stir for 1 minute.

Ready to serve !!
Serving suggestions: a bowl of steam rice and chopstick
