what you need
- 3 sticks margarine, divided
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can (16 oz.) Hershey’s syrup
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- 4 Tbsp. milk
- Green food coloring
- 12 oz. chocolate chips

Step 1: Mix 1 stick margarine, sugar, Hershey's Syrup, eggs, and flour. Mix and pour in a greased and floured 10x15 pan. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 min. Cool 10 min. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 2: Mix 1 stick margarine, powdered sugar, peppermint extract, milk, and green food coloring. Mix, spread over cooled brownies. Chill 2 hours.
Step 3: Mix 1 stick margarine and chocolate chips. Melt together. Spread evenly over mint layer. Let stand until chocolate gets firm. Can be frozen.
