Slow Cooked Turkey Breast

what you need
  • 1 breast of turkey, completely thawed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Paprika
make it
Place turkey breast skin side up in 5 quart slow cooker.

Combine soup, broth or wine and seasonings and pour over turkey breast. Sprinkle with paprika.

Cover and cook on high setting for 1 hour then turn to low setting for 6 to 7 hours. Internal temperature of breast should reach 170°F when done.

Rated  by a cook on 1/29/2012 I liked this dish. I put potatoes in the bottom of the cooker, turkey on top. I didn't have chicken broth, so mixed soup with water and poured over top.I sprinkled on onion powder and garlic and pepper seasoning. Very tasty.
