Slow-Cooker Pork and Noodles

what you need
  • 2 pounds pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 cans golden mushroom soup
  • 10 oz. egg noodles, uncooked
make it
In slow cooker, combine pork and soup.

Cover and cook on medium for 8 hours.

Thirty minutes before serving, stir in egg noodles. Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring once. Serve.
You can also do this with 6 bone in pork chops - the meat will be very tender, so watch for bones. I have small children, so I like the cubes - no bones to worry about!

Rated  by josie1818 on 10/20/2008 Super easy and yummy! Definatly easier to prepare and serve without bones. The pork turned out a bit salty (I didn't add any spices to recipe) so I will try a low sodium soup next time. I used 1 family size can of cream of mushroom soup and it turned out PERFECT! Thanks for a super easy, fast, and yummy dinner!
