Smoked Salmon Dip

what you need
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 pound smoked salmon
make it
Place cream cheese in electric mixer blend until smooth.

Add sour cream, lemon, horseradish, dill, salt & pepper into the blender until smooth.

Add smoked salmon mix lightly. Chill for 45 minutes.
Notes
Serve flat bread that has been cut into triangles.

You can serve with Wheat Thins.
