Smoked Sausage Stew

what you need
  • 2 to 3 large potatoes
  • 2 cans cut green beans, drained
  • 1 pkg smoked sausage, sliced
make it
Chunk potatoes into bite size pieces and place in saucepan. Cover with water and boil until almost done.

Add green beans and sliced sausage, bring to a boil again. Reduce heat and let simmer until heated through.
Great served with cornbread on a cold winter evening! This is even better when heated for the second time around!

Rated  by kase4 on 12/28/2005 I doctored this recipe just a little bit by adding Italian diced tomatoes and black pepper and it came out delicious. I would definetly make this again.
