Speedy Black Bean Burritos

what you need
  • 1 can (15 ounce) black beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 3 tablespoons uncooked bulgur wheat
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 diced tomato
make it
1. In saucepan combine black beans, salsa, bulgur wheat, and let simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes.

3. Spread bean mixture on tortillas and top with lettuce, tomato, and extra salsa if desired.
Notes
You may also add onion, sour cream, and cheese if you'd like.
