Spicy Chicken Burgers

what you need
  • 2 large skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons chili powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 sesame-seed hamburger buns
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Knudsen Sour Cream
  • Prepared salsa or sliced tomatoes
make it
1. Carefully cut the chicken breasts in half. Flatten them out by pressing them firmly with the palm of your hand.

2. Put the flour, chili powder, salt, pepper, and chicken in a plastic bag. Fold over the top of the bag and shake it well.

3. Heat the oil in a frying pan until hot. Fry the chicken for about 8 minutes on each side until firm and golden brown.

4. Cut the rolls in half. Fill each one with lettuce, a piece of chicken, sour cream, and salsa or sliced tomatoes.
