what you need
- 1 package (12 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 package zesty Italian sausage
- 1 large bag scooping corn chips
make it
Place cream cheese on the counter to soften. Completely drain diced tomatoes and set aside. Crumble sausage in a medium skillet and cook until no longer pink. Thoroughly drain grease and set aside until sausage is cool to touch.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Completely mix sausage, cream cheese, and tomatoes in a large mixing bowl. Be sure to mix in all cream cheese clumps. Spread mixture into a 9 X 13 glass baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until dip is bubbling around the edges. Serve hot with corn chips.
Notes
Be sure to use a glass baking dish. Dip will turn out runny when using a metal pan. Great for parties.
