Spinach & Shrimp Linguine

what you need
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) spinach linguine
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 can petit cut tomatoes, drain
  • 1 bag (2 lb.) frozen shrimp (peeled, cleaned and tails off, cut in chunks)
  • Kraft Parmesan Cheese
make it
Boil linguine 10 minutes or until done. In separate pan, saute garlic and butter
Add frozen spinach.

When spinach is cooked, move to side. Add petit cut tomatoes, cook 2-3 minutes. Mix together, spinach and tomatoes and move to side. Add shrimp, cook until shrimp is done. Mix shrimp in with spinach and tomatoes.

Drain linguine, and then put into pasta bowl. Pour spinach, tomatoes and shrimp mixture onto pasta. Mix together. Sprinkle top with Kraft Parmesan Cheese.
