- 4 medium squid
- 1 cup broken rice
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp. fenugreek seed
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup water

Clean squid. Wash rice and drain it. Mix chopped onions, fenugreek, grated coconut and salt.
Fill the squid with this rice mixture. Seal the squid’s mouth with a toothpick.
Put the remaining rice mixture in a pressure cooker, sprinkle some water. Place the squid in the cooker and pressure cook it for 20 minutes. Remove from cooker and serve it hot with preserved olives.
