St. Patty's Day Cake

what you need
  • CAKE
  • 1 box Devil's Food Cake (prepared as per box directions)
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • TOPPING
  • 1 tub whipped topping (fat free)
  • 2 boxes white chocolate instant pudding
  • 2 tsp. green food coloring
  • 2 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1 cup milk (2%)
make it
Preheat oven to 350°F. Use butter spray to coat bottom and sides of 13"x9" pan. Mix cake ingredients together and pour into prepared pan.

Bake cake according to pkg. directions. Do not over bake - cake is done when the toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake completely. (30 +/- minutes)

Mix all of the topping ingredients until well blended. Spread evenly on cake top.
Notes
You can add more milk if mixture is too thick. Sprinkle with Andes candies.
