what you need
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, divided
make it
Step 1: Preheat the oven 375°F. Mix together ground beef, sausage, Stove Top Stuffing Mix and eggs.
Step 2: Then add 1/4 cup of the BBQ sauce, mix well.
Step 3: Bake for 40 minutes. Pour remaining 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce on top, and bake an additional 20 minutes.
Notes
This is so easy and taste really good. No need to add any other ingredients because of the Stove Top. My grandmother gave me this recipe. She got it out of a magazine. Hope everyone enjoys.
