what you need
- Olive oil
- 6 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 32 fresh string beans
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
make it
* In large pan add enough olive oil to cover half of the bottom of the pan.
* When nice and hot, add garlic. Meanwhile, cut off ends of string beans.
* Add string beans to pan and mix with garlic and oil.
* Let cook for about 5 minutes and then add remaining ingredients.
* Cook about 10 minutes or until bread crumbs are a golden brown. Serve hot.
Notes
**When adding string beans, you can add a little more olive oil to make sure they are all coated. That way the cheese and breadcrumbs stick to it.
***For softer string beans, cover while cooking. For crispier string beans, keep uncovered.
