Strawberry Banana Mango Smoothie

what you need
  • 1 medium sized banana, peeled, chopped, and frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened mango, chopped
  • 1 container (6 oz.) all natural strawberry yogurt
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger root
  • 2 oz. fat free milk
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted wheat germ
make it
Blend the first 4 ingredients and then stream in the milk.

Blend until fully mixed and stir in wheat germ.
