what you need
  • Yeast Dough:
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp. yeast
  • 1 cup milk
  • 7 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • Streusel:
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 10 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
make it
Mix ingredients for yeast dough together. Let yeast dough rise for a half an hour or double its size.

Roll dough into a large cookie sheet. Let yeast dough rise a little bit longer.

Mix Streusel mixture together. Sprinkle Streusel mixture over yeast dough.

Bake in oven 400 degrees F for 15-20 min. or until golden brown.
