Stuffed Potato Balls

what you need
  • 3 cups instant potato buds
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
  • 1 packet sazon
  • Water
  • 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey (season meat as you desire)
make it
First, add potato buds in a medium mixing bowl. Then add flour, salt, pepper, sazon. Mix well. Then add water to assure that it will blend together. If it is too sticky add a little more flour until you can pick it up to form a ball.

With ground meat, brown and drain excess drippings. Season to taste. When the potato ball is formed, hollow it out and put in a tablespoon of meat in. Close the potato ball up, run over flour, and set aside until the rest are made

In a deep fryer let the oil get hot. Then put one potato ball in at a time. You should be able to put 3 in. Let them brown. Remove them and lay on paper towel to drain excess oil. Now they are ready to eat.
