Summer/Winter Sausage Soup

what you need
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup cut carrots
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can vegetable broth
  • 1 bunch bok choy, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (with liquid)
  • 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 pkg. Polish sausage, sliced
  • 1 pkg. smoked sausage, sliced
make it
Saute garlic & carrots.

Add beef broth, vegetable broth, bok choy, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and diced tomatoes. Cook until carrots are tender, about 1 hour.

Add cauliflower, broccoli and both sausages. Cook about 30 more minutes.
Notes
This recipe is good in summer time also. It's a light, filling soup. It is also good with diced potatoes, corn and diced onion too.
