what you need
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 16 oz. mild salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 oz. cream cheese, cut into 4 cubes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips
make it
Cook ground beef in pan until brown. Drain grease in strainer or with paper towels.
Place ground beef in pan and mix in salsa and seasoning. Let simmer uncovered for about 2 min. Add cream cheese cubes and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until mixed. Let simmer uncovered for approx. 5 min.
Place chili dip in bowl and serve with lime tortilla chips (or plain) whichever your preference.

I made this for the NFL AFC championship game, It was a HUGE hit. I ended up making 2 batches of it!
