what you need
- 2 pkg. breakfast sausage
- 3 lb. Velveeta Cheese
- 2 cans green chili with tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 1 bag corn chips for dipping
make it
Cook sausage, breaking it up as it cooks. Slowly microwave the Velveeta until melted. Add milk, not too much.
Drain sausage, pour cans of drained chili & tomatoes into skillet.
Add sausage mixture to cheese. Serve with corn chips.
Notes
Use large bowl to melt Velveeta.
