Swedish Pancakes (Crepes)

what you need
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
make it
Blend all of the ingredients together.

Pour some batter into a skillet and rotate the skillet so that the batter covers the whole bottom of the skillet and making the crepe thin.

Flip when the edges start browning or when it starts to bubble. Let cook for a few seconds and then serve!
Notes
Great with fruit and chocolate, jelly or pretty much whatever you can fit inside.

Rated  by mspellman on 6/19/2008 the recipe was to thin and could not flip the crepe i had to add flour just to flip it! it also looked and tasted like sweetened eggs.......
