what you need
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless pork, cut in 1" cubes
- 1/2 cup KRAFT BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 can (19 oz.) pineapple chunks-reserve liquid
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- Salt and pepper to taste
make it
Brown meat; season to taste.
For sauce: Stir BBQ sauce, vinegar, 1/2 cup pineapple syrup and cornstarch in bowl and add to pork. Cover and simmer for 35 minutes.
Add pineapple chunks and green pepper. Simmer 10 minutes longer. Serve over Kraft Minute Rice.
Notes
Can substitute chicken if desired.
