Taco Crunch Salad

what you need
  • 1 can chili
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped into bite size pieces
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bag broken nacho chips
  • 3/4 cup Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheese
make it
Heat chili in small pot with 1/4 cup water to thin it down.

Cut lettuce into bite size pieces and place on plates, layer with chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, and broken nacho chips.

Spoon heated chili over the top. Spread the grated cheese over top of all ingredients. Enjoy.
This is a very healthy salad and we enjoy this as a main course at least once a week. I sometimes put a little Italian dressing on before the chili and or use salsa to give it that extra punch to the taste.
