Taco Pasta Salad

what you need
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 lb. box elbow macaroni
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 cup French dressing
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce (optional)
make it
Brown beef, drain, add taco seasoning and cool. Boil macaroni according to directions, drain and cool.

Add meat to cooled macaroni. Mix in cheese, olives, salsa and dressings (one at a time).

Cool compeletely and if desired, add 1 cup chopped lettuce. Can be served hot (without lettuce) or cold.
Notes
I sometimes bake this in the oven and sprinkle more cheese on top...You can garnish this almost anything you like.
