Teriyaki Chicken Asian Salad

what you need
- 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki marinade
- 4 slices fresh pineapple, grilled (optional)
- 1/2 cup Honey Roasted Almond Slices
- 1 small can Mandarin Orange Slices, drained
- 1 bag Italian Style Salad
- 1/2 bag Broccoli Slaw
- 1/2 cup Matchstick cut carrots
- 3/4 cup Dried Chinese noodles
- Kraft Toasted Sesame Light Dressing
make it
1. Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce for approx. 1/2 hour, turning once.
2. Grill chicken until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Grill pineapple while chicken is cooking.
3. Combine rest of ingredients in large salad bowl. Cut up grilled pineapple and add chicken & pineapple to salad. Mix Well. Add dressing to taste and enjoy!
Notes
I absolutely love Kraft's Toasted Sesame Light Dressing! For those who don't care for the taste of teriyaki, substitute that with the dressing to bring that flavor throughout the chicken. I received rave reviews from my friends when I shared this recipe. Nice for a light summer meal.
