Teriyaki Chicken & Pineapple

what you need
  • 2 thawed boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
  • 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/4 cup chopped portabello mushroom
make it
Place thawed chicken in a casserole dish.

Top with marinade, pineapple and mushrooms.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
This dish can be served over rice or pasta.

If you are in a hurry, I have used Dole's pineapple fruit cups which contain pre-sliced pineapple. It's delicious!

Feeding more people? Simply double or triple the recipe.
