what you need
- 4 lb. bag wing flings (or pkg. chicken wings about 10 or more cut up)
- 2 lg. jars salsa
- 1 can stewed tomatoes with jalapenos
- Seasoning salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped

Rinse chicken in warm water and chop wings into parts if using whole wings. In large bowl or pan season chicken to taste before browning.
Prepare rack for chicken to drain on.
Heat large fry pan with 1/4 cup olive or canola oil (medium high heat), brown chicken wings. Remove and add chicken as needed. When chicken is all browned, remove and let drain of oil.
Pour salsa and stewed tomatoes in pan. Add seasoning to taste with seasoning salt and pepper. Add garlic and cilantro.
Place chicken back in pan and reduce heat. Simmer for about 30 to 45 minutes. Serve over yellow rice of pasta.
