The Best Meatloaf

what you need
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 med-large white onion, chopped very very very finely
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • Topping (mix together)
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 brown sugar
make it
Combine all ingredients and form into 1 large loaf or 2 smaller (the larger one seems to taste better).

Put in 9 x 13 casserole dish.

Cook at 350°F for 1 hour. Take out and put topping combo on top and put back in oven for 5 minutes. Remove loaf from casserole dish and place on platter, cover with tin foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
Make with mashed potatoes and a vegetable of your choice and you have a great meal. Enjoy!
