what you need
- 6 Tablespoons vinegar
- 6 Tablespoons sugar
- 4 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small can corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, drained and washed
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
make it
Combine vinegar, sugar and oil. Set aside.
Chop, rinse, and/or drain the remaining ingredients as indicated above. Mix thoroughly.
Add liquid and mix all together. Serve with chips.
Notes
Lime chips taste wonderful with this; although, really any chip is GREAT!
