The Brown's Taco Dip

what you need
  • 1 block Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) salsa
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag tortilla chips (I prefer the bite size)
make it
Soften the block of cream cheese. Blend together the sour cream and cream cheese with a hand mixer or kitchen mixer until smooth. Spread mixture on a round platter.

Spread the salsa on top of the mixture. Cut lettuce into small pieces and spread on the salsa. Cut the tomato into small pieces and sprinkle over the lettuce. Last sprinkle the bag of shredded (I prefer finely shredded) cheese over the tomatoes.
Place a bowl of tortilla chips by the dip and watch the dip go!
