what you need
  • 4 Ciabatta buns sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup olive oil (approx.)
  • Salt & pepper for taste
  • Italian Seasoning for taste
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Parmesan & Romano Grated Cheese (approx.)
  • 2 cups fresh arugula (approx.)
  • 4-8 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Shaved Turkey Breast
  • 8 slices Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Shaved Roast Beef
  • 4-8 slices roasted red peppers
  • 8 slices Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Shaved Baked Ham
  • 8 slices Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Shaved Beef Salami
  • 1 fresh tomato, sliced
make it
Take each sliced bread with the inside of the bun facing up, moderately, drizzle olive oil on each piece of bread. Gently press each slice of oiled bread back together to help distribute oils throughout the bread.

Place the buns with the inside facing up on a baking sheet. Sprinkle each bun with salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, and grated cheese. Broil until lightly browned (1 -2 min.)

For each sandwich, take a bottom of the warm bun and layer the ingredients as follows:
A few pieces arugula
1-2 slices of fresh mozzarella
2 slices of turkey breast
2 slices of roast beef
1-2 slices of roasted red pepper
2 slices of ham
2 slices of salami
1-2 slices of tomato
Top off the sandwich with the remaining piece of bread.

Now, securely wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil for about 3-5 min. allowing the flavors to distribute.
This sandwich is bursting with flavor. The peppery arugula, along with the fresh mozzarella and roasted red peppers give this sandwich its distinct richness.

It may seem like a lot of ingredients, but once they are all placed out, the sandwiches can be assembled in min. and it looks beautiful too!

I have served them directly in the aluminum foil. The foil is then folded down as they are eaten. This keeps the sandwich together better and holds in the warmth of the bread and all it juices.
