Three Bean Salad

what you need
  • 1 can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can yellow beans, drained
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. tarragon
make it
Combine in large bowl, the drained and rinsed kidney bean to the drained yellow and green beans. Add the onion and green pepper to the bean mixture.

In separate small bowl, add the oil, vinegar, sugar and tarragon; mix thoroughly. Pour over bean mixture, mix well.

Refrigerate for six hours. Stir before serving.
Notes
This salad goes great with a grilled steak or hamburger. It stays crisp and tasty for days in the refrigerator. I've passed this recipe to many friends and family members who all love it! Enjoy!
