Tilapia or Any Fish (White)

what you need
  • 2 large onions
  • 3/4 lb. tilapia,
  • 1 can tomatoes, diced with garlic and spices drained
  • 1/2 fresh red or green pepper
make it
Saute the onions until opaque.

Place the fish on top of onions covered with the tomatoes. Spread around and then top with colored peppers (for color and taste).

Cook covered medium heat until done, about 15 minutes.
