Todd's Flavor Poppin' (Cheese) Burgers

what you need
  • 2.5 lb. ground beef
  • 1/8 cup red cooking wine (burgundy)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup A.1. Steak Sauce
  • 1/4 cup chipotle Tabasco Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1-2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2-1 Tbsp. onion powder or use minced onions
  • 2 Tbsp. Sauer's Hamburger Seasoning
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • Cheese (topping)
  • Buns
  • Toppings of choice
make it
In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients. Mix well with hands and place in fridge to chill.

Start grill. When chilled, make patties. Grill to desired doneness.

Add cheese until melted. Toast buns if desired. Top with topping of choice!!!
Notes
**Optional - Add sliced Spanish olives to burger then top with cheese.
