Tracey's Peanut Butter Pie

what you need
  • 1 bar (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
make it
Allow cream cheese and Cool Whip to come to room temperature. Mix together with mixer slowly folding in powdered sugar until not clumpy. Add the peanut butter and mix well.

Fold into the pie crust.

Chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator or 30 minutes in the freezer to set.
This is a very easy, tasty pie that is cool in the summer and rich enough for the holidays. My family expects it for every family gathering.

I've gotten to the point where I make four or five to make sure I have enough for everyone. Everyone loves it.
