Turkey Bacon Breakfast Burrito

what you need
  • 10 strips crisp turkey bacon (crumble)
  • 1/4 cup green bell peppers
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • American cheese or cheese of your choice
  • Flour or wheat tortilla
  • Salt & pepper
make it
Cook bacon as directed on package. Chop peppers and onions into small bite sized pieces.

Mix eggs in a bowl and add peppers and onions. In a pan, add butter and then add egg mixture.

When half way done, add crumbled bacon, and cook eggs till done and fluffy. Add cheese. Put eggs on tortilla.
Notes
Serve with seasonal fruit like grapes and orange slices and enjoy!
