Unstuffed Green Peppers

what you need
  • 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 medium sized green peppers, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cans (14 oz. each) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can (14 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 2-3 cups instant rice, cooked
make it
Brown your beef with green peppers and onions. Drain the beef. In the same pan mix stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and rice.

Mix real well and cook on low for about 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed into everything. Then eat and enjoy.
