what you need
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. liquid from salmon
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 can (6 oz.) skinless boneless pink salmon drained, reserve juice
make it
1. Combine cheese, onion, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and liquid from salmon. Mix well, until smooth. Add liquid smoke and continue mixing until well blended.
2. Stir salmon into cheese mixture until well blended.
3. Spoon into a covered dish and refrigerate for at least three hours.
Notes
Serve with "dip-chips" or crackers of your choice.
