Vegetable Medley with Balsamic Vinaigrette

what you need
- 1 cup broccoli
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 1 small white or red onion
- 2-3 green onions
- 6-8 radishes
- 1/2 to 1 cup yellow, green, red peppers (mixed)
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup Kraft Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/2 to 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup English walnuts
- 1 cup dried cranberries
make it
Break broccoli and cauliflower into florets, thinly slice onions and separate into rings, thinly slice radishes, slice green, yellow and red peppers into thin sticks and cut sticks in 1/2 or thirds.
Marinate about two hours in Kraft Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing with sugar.
Just before serving stir in English walnuts and dried cranberries.

A very good and healthy sweet and sour fresh vegetable salad.
