what you need
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 medium green peppers
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • Good pinch pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups dry TVP
make it
Dice the onion and the peppers, and then saute them in the oil.

Add all other ingredients.

Simmer together for 20 minutes.
Notes
Serve hot, over sandwich buns.
