what you need
  • 2 tubes crescent rolls
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 4 cups lettuce
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
make it
Roll out and press together one tube of crescent rolls on a 13x9 pan. Bake according to directions. Remove and cool completely.

Chop broccoli and cauliflower florets into bite size pieces, and finely chop lettuce. Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add ranch mix to combine.

Spread onto cooled crust top with veggies and cheese. Enjoy.
This can also be made with lettuce and tomato, or any veggies you want. For a low fat version, use fat free sour cream and cream cheese and fat free crescent rolls.
