Veggie Soup for One

what you need
  • 1/4 to 1/2 lb. meat of your choice (Oscar Mayer Chicken Cuts or Strips)
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon bouillon (chicken or beef)
  • 1 can tomato sauce or diced
  • Water
make it
Use a small pot with lid. Spray pot with olive oil cooking spray lightly. If you use ground meat pull apart and cook until golden brown. If you use chicken, pork or roast cut into to small pieces. Cook meat until done it should be brown and tender. If you use Oscar Mayer chicken cuts or strips they are fully cooked so all you have to do is just chose the favor you wanted.

Add vegetables, bouillon and tomatoes bring to a boil. Let boil for 1 minute then season to taste. Turn down to a simmer stirring after 5 minutes let simmer at least 10 minutes and serve.

You may want to add some water or tomato sauce if you let more juice in the soup.
Notes
If you wish to use all the chicken in the Oscar Mayer package just double the ingredients. Then you can take some to lunch the next day or freeze for a later day.

I sometimes will let the soup simmer for an hour just so the favor is at its fullest.
