Vinegar Pecan Pie

what you need
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp. white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 prepared pie crust
make it
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix together sugar and margarine; stir in eggs, vanilla extract and vinegar. Stir in pecans.

2. Pour in pie shell.

3. Bake in oven for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and filling is set.
Notes
Can use light brown sugar.
