Zesty Salsa & Tortilla Chips

what you need
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 2 large jalapenos (without seeds unless you like it hot)
  • 1/2 large red onion
  • 12 Roma tomatoes (with seeds)
  • 4 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes (juiced)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 large bag Tostitos tortilla chips
make it
Wash all vegetables. Take the seeds out of the bell peppers and jalapenos. Chop the bell peppers, jalapenos, onion and tomatoes. Put into bowl.

Chop cilantro and add to vegetables. Add the juice of the limes, salt and pepper.

Stir and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
This is very good to have on Mexican night or anytime.

For more fun, add some Kraft Shredded Mexican Cheese to the top right after you dip into the salsa and enjoy!
