Super Berry Smoothie 

Making a smoothie is a great way to get the kids involved in the kitchen. Our video shows how berries, yogurt, honey and ice make the perfect smoothie.

2 servings, 1 cup each

what you need

  • 2/3 cup bottled pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries
  • 1/3 cup plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

  • BLEND all ingredients except ice in blender until smooth.
  • ADD ice; blend on high speed until thickened.
  • SERVE immediately.
