Summer is the perfect time to enjoy seafood—even if you’ve shied away from it in the past. Here are a few delicious recipes to try.
Why not add more seafood to your summer menus? For one thing, its light flavor and texture won’t weigh you down on a hot day. Also, seafood cooks quickly—pair it with simple grilled vegetables or a salad, and dinner’s on the table in no time flat. That means you can spend more time enjoying the gorgeous weather and less time cooped up in the kitchen.
But that’s not the only good news…. Many types of fish—including sardines, albacore tuna, and salmon—contain better-for-you fats called omega-3 fatty acids. In fact, because fish can be a lean source of protein and can provide beneficial fats, the American Heart Association recommends eating seafood twice a week.
